
Appointments & Scheduling
Sessions are available by appointment only.
Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our online booking system.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled session.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. To cancel, please email or call us at darrell@l-dimpactcounseling.org or call us at (580) 647-1714
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept all Oklahoma State insurance plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health, Anthem, and Private-Pay
Is my information confidential?
All sessions are confidential and follow HIPAA standards.
Information is only released with written consent unless required by law (e.g., imminent harm, abuse reporting, court orders).
All client records are securely stored and protected.

What forms of payment to you accept?
We accept all cash, all major credit cards, FSA's and HSA's. Payments are due at the time of service. A Sliding-scale options may be available upon request.
What's your communication policy?
Non-emergency communication may occur by phone, email, or through the secure client portal.
Email or text messages should not be used for urgent or crisis situations.
For emergencies, call 911, 988, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Telehealth Sessions
Telehealth sessions are available upon request.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a private, distraction-free environment and a reliable internet connection.
Telehealth services follow the same ethical and confidentiality standards as in-person sessions.
